The other is that the working surface layer of the cavity is made of ceramic slurry to ensure that the mold reaches the required dimensional accuracy and surface roughness. The backing part is made of sand or metal sleeves to save the expensive fused alumina. Powder and ethyl silicate raw materials reduce production costs. This type of mold is usually used for mass production of large and medium-sized molds.

 

Combined with the actual process flow, the high-precision ceramic press welding process includes: model preparation sand mold modeling grouting mold removal spraying drying boxing pouring cleaning heat treatment. Zinc alloy molds are often used in many varieties and batch productions, such as injection molds, blow molds, blanking molds, drawing molds, and the like.

 

In addition to these features, high-precision ceramic press welding has a good simulation forming performance. Compared with other similar processing methods, the production cycle of high-precision textile ceramic molds can be effectively shortened, which saves costs.
