Treatment and molding operation before grouting with Hot Pressing Grouting Mold
- Jun 09, 2018 -

Prior to grouting operations, suitable Hot Pressing Grouting Mold should be used. In general, the basic requirements for Hot Pressing Grouting Mold are: 1. Good water absorption to ensure adequate pulping speed and shortening grouting cycle; 2. Sufficient mechanical strength, including resistance to folding and bending Pull, compressive strength, in order to ensure that the product is not deformed; 3, the surface is smooth, no oil and muddy, easy to release, the body is of good quality, can reduce the workload of repair.

At the same time, the size, shape, etc. of the Hot Pressing Grouting Mold should meet the molding requirements. It should also have a long service life and can be used repeatedly. In actual operation, the grouting process is mainly to utilize the characteristics of the gypsum mold to absorb moisture, so that the slurry is adsorbed on the mold wall to form a uniform mud layer, reach a desired thickness within a certain period of time, and then dump the excess mud. The rest of the moisture in the mold continues to be hardened by the plaster mold.

Then it is dried to shrink its volume so that it can be detached from the Hot Pressing Grouting Mold to obtain a good rough blank. It should be noted that in the actual operation, care should be taken to clean the mold in advance. New molds should generally be inspected according to the production standards. The oily and incomplete parts on the inner surface of the model must be cleaned. The water content of the new model is generally 6-8%, but the shape of the new model is small and the thickness can be higher, and vice versa. Some, the minimum is not less than 4%.

With respect to the drying of new Hot Pressing Grouting Mold, it is usually required to control the room temperature between 28 and 35°C. This is mainly to prevent the products from being deformed due to uneven drying. Before use, the dust and other impurities attached to the model should be removed so that the model can be tightly confined to avoid mud leakage.

In addition, the adhesion of the green body to the hot pressing grouting mold can also be strengthened, which helps to avoid contamination caused by impurities. The mud must be free of mud and impurities in the slurry. Do not add water as required. After the vacuum filter is injected into the grouting pipe. Fill the slurry gently with a hot-press grouting mold, avoiding “mud impact” causing defects such as spots and loops.
